Description:	* Since the project isn't big and it needs to be done fast, it will be probably helpful if you are familiar with alstrasoft e-friends script, to avoid unnecessery questions * base: e-friends v.4 (demo is at http://alstrasoft.com/efriends.htm , password at the bottom) modification: (a) adding profile rating system, like hotornot, except, the way votes will be counted. Votes should be counted in 2 'categories': votes of "friends" (members of your network) vs. votes of everybody else. Result of voting should be displayed in the profile, as well as separetly for guys and girls as TOP 20. (b) 10-15 pages HTML mockup will be provided. this html should be embedded into PHP, so the final product will look like HTML pages i will be providing.
