The site should restrict hotlinking and make it difficult for other webmasters to steal bandwidth. Script should have an admin backend with the ability to have multiple admins with different privelages, all of which can be customized by the main admin. The backend should allow confirmation of user uploads. It should also allow for placement of advertisements, and the template for the main site should be easily customized. Also, a working cron job should be set up so that posts will auto-update every hour, for example (the time for autoupdate should be customizable).
