Paying too much for web hosting?

Our website is based on Drupal 4.61 (Drupal.org) with Paypal Framework and
Ecommerce Modules installed. Also we can install any of the standard Drupal 4.6
modules and even some from CVS after testing. We need a module that will give
certain users the ability to have a button appear next to nodes they post. When
other users like their post the button will give them the ability to tip the
user a set amount ($1, $5,$10).
So when a registered user sees something they like they will be able to press
the button an tip the user who posted the content.
The payment must be handled entirely through Pay Pal and the Pay Pal Framework.
Their must be a local tally that we can show or not show.
Users will be able to sign up to receive and give this tipping function through
the user interface just by supplying their paypal id (email address) and it will
be stored in the profile.
Its an incredibly simple execution. You could have a database table that hold
the email addresses of all the sign up users and the function would pass the
amount of the tip along with the tippers email and the person to be tipped to
paypal.
If you don't know Drupal's system and are not acquainted with the modules
mentioned you should probably not bother trying to submitt a bid. This will be
incredibly simple for someone who knows Drupal and these modules while it will
be a bit of a learning curve for somoen who just knows PHP.
