Description:	I am looking for a download manager for my template business. I want a buy and buy it out choice for the buyer. If they buy it they just buy it and if they buy it out they buy it for higher price and the template gets taken off and if they buy it they only get to download once but if they buy it out they can download forever. PRICES WILL BE FOR PAYPAL. I also want it to be able to make categories to put the templates in. Also I want them to be able to click the image of the template and a pop-up comes up with more info on it. It should have an admin panel.
