I am wanting a dealer locator system. You can get a file for the zipcodes from
here: http://www.sanisoft.com/ziploc/phpZipLocatorData.zip
I need it to have a admin section that should let me:
add dealers
removed dealers
edit dealers
The fields for dealers should be (make them all optional):
Company Name
Contact
Address
Address 2
City
State
Zipcode
Country
Phone
Toll Free
Fax
Email
MSN
AOL
Yahoo
ICQ

The public section should have a page:
to search with any or all of the following:
dealer name
dealer state
dealer country
or - they can put in their zip code or area code and it will show the closests
dealer to them
they can choose how many miles away it will search (5, 10, 25, 50, 100, 250,
500, 1000)
On the page that displays the results it should show the dealer info and then
have a place that they can put in their address and click directions and it will
give them directions using maps.google.com.

know the budget is set at $150 - but I really need to stay under $100 - $125.
