1. Database Searchable database where the following occurs: Customer chooses their location. Then their monthly ongoing costs Then their data limit Then their speed. Then only the plans relevant to the chosen State, Cost, data limit and Speed are displayed The information that is displayed after a search is as follows: Plan Name Activation/Connection Fee - This varies for some of the plans Churn Cost - This varies for some of the plans Contract Period - This varies for some of the plans Monthly Cost Speed Up/Down Prepaid megs Excess rate At the end of each of the plans details there is an "Apply Online" link which forwards the customer to an online application. The wholes thing works in a similar manner to http://bc.whirlpool.net.au/bc-plan.cfm but doesn't need as much details and only has our plans. When compared to the above site, the only details that are required are: Location Ongoing Monthly Cost Data Limit Minimum Pre-paid megabytes 2. Online Application Form The application form will ask the same info as our current application forms (an example can be seen at https://www.optraweb.com.au/256.html) but will be relevant to the chose plan from above. Submitted info is then kept in a database as well as sending an email to us advising that a new application has been received. The email we receive contains most of the information that the customer submitted. Only info it shouldn't contain is their creditcard info, which is kept in the database for us to retrieve. An email is also sent to the customers email address advising that their application has been received and that they will be notified of the progress (this email will run off a template which we can edit when needed) Database must be easily editable from within an admin area where we can change plan names, prices, download limits, inclusions, add/remove plans etc It must also be easy to install and modify so it can be used on other domains, so full installation instructions are required. Any questions please don't hesitate to contact us. Payment will not be made until a fully working script/database is shown so don't ask for money until it is finished. Keep your bids realistic and don't try to underbid others just to get chosen then try to increase your price afterwards. and just because there is a high maximum value doesn't mean we will pay that much, bid what your work is worth.
