proofs of graphic Design artwork along with simple quoting system. Here are the main features we need: 1. Admin creates username/password for customer and adds customer contact information 2. Admin uploads a .pdf file for customer to view 3. Admin sets hourly rate (dollar amount) and can put in time that the customer's project has been worked on. The system will show the client the time and hourly rate and total price (hourly rate X time worked on project). -Admin will need an additional option to put in a set price. So if the project is $50, they can just put in $50 instead of an hourly rate and time spent on project. 4. Admin can add/edit/delete all above information along with adding notes to the specific customer 5. Admin can select a text box that can send an email to the customer saying they can login to view a current proof. The admin can choose not to send an email to the customer when a proof is uploaded. 6. Customer logs in and can download the file that admin uploaded (.jpg, .pdf, etc) 7. Customer can view current charges/quote set by admin for the project. So, if the hourly rate is $50 and the tiem spent on the project is 1.5 hours, total quote so far would be $75). 8. They check a radio button to select either #1 "I approve artowrk As Is", #2 "I approve artwork with following changes", or #3"I do not approve artwork". The customer can enter text in a text box for any information they want to send to admin. 9. Customer can upload a file for admin (.jpg, .pdf, etc) 10. Admin is sent an email when a customer saves the inormation (approves or does not approve proof). 11. System can have multiple projects per customer. So, when a customer logs in, the first thing they see is a list of current jobs for them to view. So, if a customer is buying a logo for one job, and a business card design for another job, they can view either one in their login area. This is it. I need it simple and easy to use.
