The customer needs to be able to select whether they want to buy just the template (using the standard ordering process of template monster) or have our company customize the template for them. If the customer decides to go with the package they must enter their personal information (name, address, email, name of business, phone number), the template number they wish to use and select a hosting package if any). The package will be $250 plus the price of the template that they have selected (price sheet can be downloaded from www.captechnical.com/templatespricelist.txt) in addition to setting up a subscription for hosting with us using a paypal subscription. First month of hosting is included, we offer three hosting packages, the user needs to be able to select one of the three. We would also like for an affiliate program to be offered that will pay affiliates $50 per sale of the package only. Once the customer makes the purchase from us we will purchase the template from template monster and customize accordingly after we contact our customer.
