Description:	An existing system is used to send and receive internet faxes. The existing system records all clients' fax activity and call durations. We need to establish a new database that records the clients current real time credit level. We need a method of deriving the cost of each fax and to deduct from the current credit value. We also need the credit value updated when the client purchses more credit. When credit level runs low the client must be alerted by email. When credit level reaches zero all fax activity must be halted. The client must be able to log-in to a user interface to see the current credit value.
