I want the homepage to list the top ten females and males with their screenames and their picture, I would also like people to be able to edit their profiles like myspace.com (by inserting code into their page...etc.) I do not need the site to be designed, I will provide a design for the necessary pages. cpixel.com requires people to upload their photo for review before admitting into the site, this is very important to me. I want full control over the members (ability to drop anyone from the site at any time). Well organized and easy to use administration panels are mandatory. thank you.
