Description:	Essentially, I want to do the following: 1. CMS editor that can be dropped into an existing site. Site is being built with validated xhtml and CSS and I don't want to lose that. Want the existing pages to be editable. 2. Admin panel where my client can login and choose which page to edit 3. Allow the client to build additional pages on the site. 4. I'd like them to be able to easily add a link to the new page from a CSS based drop-down menu and/or a left side nav. We can discuss this. 5. Output needs to be in .html format. 6. Functionality where they can clone any single page. Like choose about.html and "save as" services.html -This will keep both pages and they can easily edit the servies.html page. 7. And I would like to be able to brand it. 8. I want the client interface to be clean and very easy to understand. 9. Something pre-built preferred but not required. I really want this to be set up as quickly and easily as possible. TERMS: * I'd like to see a demo of the system you are selling. * Delivery within 10 days * Installation on my server. I might not need this (I'm not too ignorant about installing programs) but I want to know that you'd be able to assist if I need it. * Payment through ScriptLance. Escrow if desired.
