Ability to add properties to site with basic user interface or wizard Ability to delete properties from site Ability to enable / disable properties Abiliity to move properties up or down listings Include a "featured properties" section on the home page. Search-engine friendly. ie web crawlers able to parse content of cms. CMS to conform to existing look of webpage. Please provide examples of previous CMS that you have built in your proposal.
