system. I need this to be written in PHP, branded for my company. All I need is ability to have customer request quote on our main page via link. A form mail page opens and they fill out what kind of web development work they are needing. Then this is sent to me via email and linked to the cms and invoicing system. That way I have an email of what the client is needing-and I have the ability to login as an administrator and see visually what the potential client needs. These quotes would need to be assigned quote numbers. I would need the ability to reply to customer via the cms and invoicing system-there would need to be some sort of way to add code to the form mail in a reply to ask client whether he/she accepts the quote. If client checkmarks accept- this unique quote number would then become an invoice and would be logged in the billing system-with all of the clients information. An automatic username and password would then be setup and emailed to the client. Client would then need to be able to have access to pay invoice via paypal-change client information and have a client only project forum-to ask developers/questions. I would also need the ability to keep client up to date on status of project. Ability to upload screen shots, an editable page to show current site in frame as it is being worked on. Along with current progress bar and estimated time of completion. I am not sure how much something like this would cost but hopefully someone could steer me in the right direction. For my current clients-I will manually enter there information into the system and have customer ids assigned-same goes with old clients. This way I can make followup calls, etc. This is for internal use-on my website. Feel free to use any PHP scripts that are currently available to make this work.
