Also, must be able ready to accept multiple external PPCs feeds (Overture, E-Pilot, SearchFeed and others...I will define the final list of 4 feeds to integrate to the winning bidder). Should be fully admin panel driven to change any UI feature, etc. Site should use CSS or better UI management methods. Would like an RSS version to be avail. Should support piping the PPC feed of advertisers to external sites so they can be Affiliates of our PPC site. The piped feeds would have to be coded so I could pay them a % of the revenue they generate when their users click on the PPC links they are displaying from our PPC feed of advertisers. Should accept Paypal and 2Checkout as payment. Advertisers would buy PPC clicks at X cents/click or pay flat rate of $XX/year for "paid inclusion" without per-click fees. So, we need to keep the two types separate on billing...but mingle the results with the paid inclusion advertisers always being shown within the top 10 results. Show 12 results per page. Should have full email notification features to "Welcome" the advertiser, notify them of their user name and password, notify them with their funds are low, and tell them of updates or changes to the system as needed. Should be a bid tool to review the latest bid rates on keywords in our database. Should be a keyword search tool that keeps track of the number of searches that occurs for each term during the previous and current month. Use updated PHP and MySQL 4.1 or later. Only want PPC-experienced developers to bid, please. I recommend you review the features at goclick.com. I'll allow final 1-2 bidders to access an account there to review full feature set. Or, you can enroll there and see the full features. Also, want to add content articles under each of the directory categories....thus may have 30-50 sets of articles that need to accessible via Admin panel. Also, want RSS version/link. Also, want to be able to turn on blogs for each category...up to 30-50 blogs. Would like cache the previous and current months searches and results to be indexed by Search Engines. And cache the blogs. Site must be Search Engine friendly and capable of Google PR of 6 or higher. Whew, is there a programmer out there that can do all this for a reasonable rate?...I hope so.
