Description:

I have had bids from a pair of absolute liars who were probably just high school
kids. If you are not a full time programmer do not respond.
This is NOT a job board. It is a database which will display searchable help
wanted ads similar to the ones in newspapers.
Employers post an ad by filling out a basic form which I will provide. This form
will also include credit card payment which I will also provide. You only need
to provide the code so that the order form sends the info from one domain to a
second for posting after review editing and or approval by me
Ads must expire after a given variable time period (day, 3 days, week, month)
Once the employer has posted his ad, it will go to an admin area where I can
approve review, add, edit or delete pending submissions.
Once approved the ad will be displayed for anyone to see. This will be open to
public. Applicants will respond to the employer not to CanLaw. This is not a
board where applicants can post anything. They simply respond to ads.
People will access the ads by doing a simple search of several fields either one
field or a combination of fields. Searches will list a summary page of hits
which the person then clicks for full details

Generally the bids are fairly high for this project.
It is a very basic database display and does not involve all the bells and
whistles of a job board.
I will refine the demo pages I set up and notify all the bidders later on
