The website needs to be in three parts. 1. Charities, 2. Visitors & 3. Admin
panel.
1. The website should have the logo of the company on the header
2. The picture of the founder member and her message be displayed at one side
under the header
3. Charities will register here for a fee (fee packages could be updated) and
make a payment through paypal and realtime credit card payment gateway.
4. Once payment is made, their account should be activated immediately and take
them to the login and they should be able to register their organisation with
their details (between 15-20 boxes information). One of the boxes will ask for
their URL and once submitted, their website link should be updated on the
website available for visitors to search instantly. If charities don't have a
website, they should find a link there asking: Do you want to have website,
click here or if no, they should be able to give their contact details.
5. The website need to have a box of information which should be updated from
the admin panel eg. an Appeal message
6. The visitors should be able to search for charities either category wise or
alphabetically.
7. There should provision for newsletter subscription.
8. Admin panel needs banner ads rotation, upload, email subscribers, del or
update any charity, update registration fee, etc.
9. Basically its a charities central directory, where the visitors once click
the charity link should be taken to that charity in a new window.
10. We need two boxes for the information to be updated from time to time
through admin control panel.
11. A link page where links for useful resources could be added
12. SEO and Google friendly
