* Add fields on STORE signup form asking: Do you participate in craft shows? with yes or no options, if yes is selected then MUST enter information about 1 craft show but have option to leave information about 10 craft shows, such as: Date, Location (city, state) and time. After each entry will show a "contact us" link that will go to their personal store contact us page. Example: DATE LOCATION TIME CONTACT ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- mm/dd/yyyy City, State 9-5pm Contact Us I AM SURE FORMATTING DID NOT STAY. * Changes to showproduct pages to include a field dependant on what they answered to craft show questions above, take a look at this page: http://www.crafterlane.com/stores/showproduct2.php?id=94 You will see on bottom shows information about the store owner, under Special Features I want to additional cells that say: Craft Shows: next cell would say: Yes I participate in craft shows OR No, I do not participate in craft shows If yes, text will be clickable to persons craftshows.php page which will be created when user inputs craftshowi nformation as shown above. * Additional field on signup form to ask: Do you offer wholesale? Yes or No options, if yes, store must input wholesale terms and a form will be automatically made for this user, which will include pre-defined fields that I will provide at start of project. Again a change will need to be made to product page (as shown above) which include adding additional cells: Wholesale next cell: Yes we offer wholesale (text will link to wholesale.php page with form) OR No, we do not offer wholesale at this time. (text will not link to anything) Form information must be sent to store owners email address. I will provide email text. * I would like option for user to be able to upload up to 3 LARGE photos per item, which will change as user clicks on smaller, hard to describe but something likes eBays picture system, One picture is large until smaller image is clicked on and then that image is shown as larger image and so on. PAYMENT TO BE MADE AFTER COMPLETION AND TESTING IS DONE AND EVERYTHING WORKS PERFECTLY. I WILL NOT ESCROW! Open PMB if you have any questions.
