of the components I am in need of is a Calendar/Task feature much like the Mozilla Sunbird stand alone calendar (http://www.mozilla.org/projects/calendar/sunbird_download.html). This must be written such that individual users can save their data. It would be easier for me to tell you what parts of the Subird app that I do not want. - I do not need the separate calendar view on the left side of the main calendar. - I do not need the ability to have multiple calendars per user - I do not need a multi-week view - I will not need any of the menu items or options pages (or than an option to enter time zone as outlined below) I really like how in the month view, the days do NOT expand as extra items are added. See app to see what I mean. I would like to have the tasks listed on a separate page from the main calendar. I do like the search feature and how it is positioned on the app above the calendar. When creating new events or tasks, I do not want a pop-up, so place those on a separate page. When completed, return to the corresponding feature (ie, go back to the calendar after an event is scheduled or back to the tasks after a task is created). I do not need the private check box or calendar file option for either of those pages, however I would like to have everything else - ESPECIALLY the ability to email reminders. I would like to have the recurrence ability for both items. Given that everyone is on a different time zone, I'm not sure how this works but I want the ability to have the timing for the reminders, etc. to match the users local time and NOT the server time. Perhaps providing an area to select your time zone? All other aspects, I would like to have. If you have a question about it, just ask - perhaps it won't be necessary, I would like to see the completed item functioning on your server before accepting on my end. I would request that you provide any necessary information to my developer with regards to setup, what have you. You will have access to email him as you see fit should you have any questions about our environment, etc. I will place full amount of bid into escrow to be released upon successful completion of project. Please provide a time frame for completion and be able to provide progress reports - some kind of communication to let me know how things are going. I retain full ownership rights to this script. Note, I am already paying someone for full time work so please try to make your bids reasonable to the effort required. Thanks.
