looking for a serious programmer only - someone who is willing to work with me to get this completed by the end of the month. I will be doing the design work myself, so your bid should include only the cost of coding. Again, any coder that completes this project in a timely fashion and presents quality work will have numerous job opportunities from me. The site will require users to create accounts and have to log in to conduct business. Each user will have two separate lists. A want list and a have list. Both lists will be searchable by the public - this may provoke someone to sign up. Users and the public will also be able to search for books by title, subject, etc. This should bring up results indicating how many users have the book and how many users want the book. When a user indicates that he or she has a book, they should be able to indicate how much they are asking for the book. There should also be the option to "Make and offer," which will allow users to negotiate a price or trade. Users will need to be able to communicate through a private messaging system, which will allow information such as phone number and e-mail to be exchanged voluntarily when a user sees fit. Users will need to be able to purchase the book through PayPal. The amount of the book should go into the seller's account and a service charge - not sure of the amount just yet - should go into the companies account. There will need to be a feedback system for all users and a quality system for the books. IE: stars for the quality of the cover, etc. For users who do not want to mail or exchange their book personally, there will need to be a moderator option which will allow the company to inspect the book to insure quality and then deliver the book to the buyer. There should be a fee for this, which will be added to the buyer's total.
