visit the site and create their own banner exchange. Owners of exchanges will get their own admin login to control their exchange. Client/members will be able to apply to join exchanges at the site according to category. As site owner I will need my own login as well to have total control over everything. Some things needed.. (not all are listed as I am sure other features will come to mind) *Category support *Referral program support *Frequently Asked Questions support (with a FAQ manager) *Ability to stop the exchange temporarily *Mailing List support *Upload/local banner hosting support *Redesigned pseudo-templated UI *Ability to specify exchange-wide ratio *Ability to specify banner width and height *Ability to add text only exchanges *Ability to charge via paypal for extra credits *Full stats system for site and for each network owner *Banner Upload as well as banners from URLs *Network owners must have many options in the admin panel So much more than this but I am sure some of it is obvious. I assume you get the picture. The system also needs to be as secure as possible from cheats. Also SQL load really needs to be optimized as this should handle 2000 sites and 200 exchanges easily.
