Description:	I need a script written preferably in php, but flash, cgi, etc are OK too. This needs to test bandwidth up AND down, and show results. These results need to be stored in a MySQL database. I'd like to allow people to compare their results with others. so a query and display of the database table would be required. Keep in mind, I'm not a graphics guy, this needs to look nice. Here is a very nice example: http://www.speakeasy.net/speedtest/ That's ideally what I want, but obviously we can't always have what we want, so the bottom line is, it needs to be very nice looking, with a couple jazzy graphics. But first and formost it needs to work well. I'm going to be selling this script, and to license I'm going to use either Zend or IonCube.
