Description:	We are seeking a freelance programmer to build a backend for Autotrader.com type site. I will have data from several auto dealers each week that i will need to be able to log into the site and upload from exccel or comma seperated values into the SQL or mySQL database. I also will need to abillity to search by vin or by dealer and stock number. Need to be able to generate reports of how many cars each dealer is running and their vin and stk numbers. Need a web interface to add, delete, modify individual records as well. Also we need this scripted in a way that will keep the database from having duplicates.
