Please read this before you bid: 1. You must have ability to complete the project 2. You must have experiences with this PHPProbid software (www.phpprobid.com) 3. Demo website: www.vbid.ws (software auction) 4. Demo website: www.vietchat.ws (escrow site) My Features that i need to add: 1. Online/Offline Status next to seller's ID whenever the the user login/logout of the system. 2. Admins can add one or more Bank Account details as they want so that when Sellers want to pay their fee or Add Fund, those bank details will show up to seller. 3. Members when first sign up with us can ONLY use "Selling" function IF: - Have sufficient fund in their account - Go through Verification process (Optional) This software does not have "Add Fund" function so that i would like to have Add Fund function within Member Area. This is how Add fund will work: When Add Fund is clicked in Member Area-> new Window will open with the following fields: - Member ID (prefilled) - Total $ want to add - Submit button When Submit button is clicked -> The software will: - Send them the invoice which contains above information and our bank account details. - Send us a notification of new invoice sent which also contains above information but without our bank details. This software does not have Verification Process so i want to add this. This is how it will work: - Members will have Verified staus next to their ID if this is completed otherwise it will show Unverified next to their ID. - When Verification link is click in Member Area -> Open new Window with following fields: - Society Number - Name as displayed on Society Card - Address of this person - Home Phone number - Submit button When Submit button is clicked -> The software will send us a notification which contain the member ID who want us to verify their status. 4. a. Admin can view Invoices created by Members in requirement 3 with Pending Status. Once We check our bank, if we received money from this member, We will Mark this as Accepted and the software will automatically Add Fund to the member account. b. Admin can view Verification request list created by members in requirements 3 with Pending Status. Once we checked their information, we will eitheir accept or decline it. 5. Share database between this auction website and escrow website ( Demo URL provided above). So that Members registered with auction website, won't have to signup again on this escrow website. 6. Member in Escrow website must have to sufficient fund to make an escrow payment. Please make Add fund function for this like in requirement 3 and 4b. Note: Please make sure you understand these requirements before you bid.
