we have a help desk system which we need some additional features added and some current features changed around a bit! our project budjet is only $100.00 we have 3 other major projects with larger budgets which will be awarded to whom we choose if a satisfactory job is done!
Additional Info (Added 12/16/2004 at 21:00 EST)...what we need done Requirements: FINAL VERSION Custom Job requirements - Additional Custom fields: radio button, checkbox, date field (with calendar pop up), wysiwyg textarea, dropdown menu ( is possible to include required/non required option, nice to have is mask – phone number mask (xxx) xxx-xxxx Custom fields should be available for department and user profiles. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- - End User area: session based, login with remember me and forgot password options. Registered (active, active will be a custom field - check box) user will not have to retype email and password everytime. End user area, should have general overview of new,open, closed tickets based on who logged in. - the same way you have it set up for staff (staff template) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- - Mass ticket creation: Dynamic user serch. By dynamic I mean the following I have the following (mysql) database structure: property table - property_id (pk) - property_address - property_city_id – related to city table: city_id - property_province property_unit table - unit_id (pk) - property_id - related to property table: property_id - unit_name - unit_size rent_roll table – this the user table - user_id - username - password - unit_id – related to property_unit table: unit_id city table - city_id (pk) - city_name I would like to give my staff person to query all users from the rent_roll table based on city_name, property address, property unit, show all users for selected properties, you get what I am trying to accomplish. The trick here that everything will be based on the relations between unit_id from the RENT_ROLL table and property_unit and property table. Can you help me out with this and have it integrated to your helpdesk application along with the ability to send out mass tickets to my users (tenants) based on many filters. Example of filter: Create mass tickets for all users Create mass tickets for users that live in city_name: Toronto, Waterloo Create mass tickets for users that live at property_address: 282 Erb Street, 150 King Street Create mass tickets for users that live at property_address: 282 Erb Street: Unit 1,2,4,5 and 150 King Street Unit A,B,C I can write all the SQL if you would need the help with that (that is what I do for a living) , so if you give me the front end where I can create my own filter to search users and then send out mass tickets to those users that would be the most benefitial to me.
