I want to build software similar to one listed at http://www.activecampaign.com/12all/ I want to build 100% same functionality and want to add more functionalities on top of it. any person/company who is interested in working on this project should keep following things in mind 1. project should be worked in proper manner, means, draw tech specs, database design, program, testing, debugging, etc 2. project should be completely Object Oriented 3. it should use templates, so tht I can customize it for each cleint 4. work has to be submitted to me on daily basis. 5. dont use any third part components at all. 6. all the source code and the complete product in itself will be owned by myself and company will not have any rights on the code or the software.
