Description:	I am looking a programme for a website I need it to have a specific fxed payment amount. It should also be able to take affiliates with their own page. this system will have 5 names 1-5 that whenever someone joins they are put at #5 and #1 will fall of the list.and #4 moves to #3 and so on. the person at #5 will now own this affiliate page and now can recruit people. I also want this system to recognize account numbers and not allow duplication of account numbers. E-gold will be the only payment system and payment must be received before persons are are allowed to progress. Not more than 3 pages are needed for this site.
