Summary --------- This project is not for individual bidder meaning you have to be work as a part of teams because the projects have many different jobs to do. The project is base on a next level web revolution (web 2.0) so you need to have at less 5 year experience in API, Markup language, PHP, Flash, AJAX, CSS, XML, RSS, Web security, copyrighting, MySQL, Graphic design, OsCommerce, Java, Javascripts, web optimizing for reliable and handle the Linux server, server/multi server management solutions. Before I accept to working with you, I want you to send me your company background, all your team members Curriculum Vitae and a covering letter why should i hire your team? The project has to be developing it in professional and latest technology so I need some serious programming team who having knowledge about web 2.0, future web, and imaginative. The budgets have given in the budget document; please review it for more details. If you have done similar project like youtube, myspace, photobucket, facebook, hi5, facebook applications, etc... Our project allowed us to add new plug-in via our admin panel (Individual application that can be developed in Future). Also it allowed to communicate Window Application such us API method. For example, say if i ask you to develop a web base email system, in the future, if i want to promote my site by having a window application that could access user email through the window application.
