Description:	I need a coder who will be able to work with me on a regular basis. At the moment, I have a coder who is always late with his deadlines. This is ABSOLUTELY NOT ACCEPTIBLE! The first deadline that is missed, I will find a new coder. Here are the requirements: 1. Have the ability to download a PSD, fonts, etc, and make it into a PHP/HTML website with a CMS. I need to see the CMS that you are going to be using - please send a link to me in PM. My budget for each CMS that is built is $150. 2. You need to be able to take one PSD, fonts, etc, and make it into an OSCommerce site. You cannot take more than a day for this. Please sent me past examples in your PM. 3. The coder MUST be able to keep in constant communication. My company handles a lot of projects at one time, and I cannot afford to be late!!!!! This will be a LONG TERM RELATIONSHIP. Please contact me via PM with what rates you would charge, how you would keep in contact with me, what payment forms you accept, etc. Final notes: Please note that I will not be using GAF escrow to pay for this any time. You will be working directly through my project management system to receive new projects. Also please note that I have a PSD right now WAITING to have OSCommerce put behind it. This project will need to be finished within 24 hours! The client is waiting to pay me but needs his OSCommerce finished and uploaded. Also please be aware that if there is a SINGLE mistake in the OSCommerce that is uploaded, I will find a new coder. THANKS!
