Flash banner in firefox loads in wrong place if window is small

Description:

I tried to inspect the problem using firebug, but firebug wont let me click on
the banner when its out of line, it seems to float on the page and not were it
should.

Make sure firefox opens in a narrow window, if it opens in full window the
problem is not there.

Its almost like firefox is squashing the flash banner out of the way becuase
there is not enough space.

I need someone to fix this so the banner stays in the top left where it should,
regardless of how wide the firefox window is.

My firefox opens in about 600px wide so I can see the problem all the time.

This is a test server, I need the service provider to document the changes made
so I can make the changes on our live shop.

This is a small project, the project will go to the service provider who can
fix the problem in the quickest time and least cost.
