Netfirms Web Hosting for Small Business

We are having the following errors with our OsCommerce shopping cart. We need
these fixed:
1) When an unregistered user tries to checkout, the following error is
displayed:
Fatal error: Call to a member function set_snapshot() on a non-object in
/htdocs/checkout_shipping.php on line 61
2) When viewing an individual product page: The "Enlarge" button under
the image, which is supposed to show a larger version of the image, produces the
following error:
Fatal error: Call to a member function remove_current_page() on a non-object in
/htdocs/popup_image.php on line 16
3) We are using Authorize.net to process our payments. Visa and Mastercard
orders are processed correctly. American Express (Amex) always produces and
error. We've spoken to Authorize.net and they have assured us that everything is
configured properly on their end. We need to determine why American Express is
not processing and fix this.
