Need a site where it comes on like this site with the nice fade effect. Then it automatically plays a presentation. The overall look would be black with silver trimming. Gold for selection buttons. When the client decides to pay for the service they click on the selection and the Processing Form appears. After the client fills out the entire form and submits and automatic receipt (Doc # & Info) needs to be sent to the email address they submitted. Then Doc # needs appear with 2 options of payment "Online or Mail". If they choose Mail options, a print out version of the Processing form should be available to print and/or send to there email address to print later. If they choose the online option, they need to be sent to our pay page. After they pay they need to be sent a payment receipt to the email address entered once again on the Processing Form. Now in 3 days from payment the client needs to be sent the e-book package. All client information needs to be sent to 2 separate email address of the owner. So overall breakdown. 1. Main Page with the presentation 2. Processing Form Page 3. Payment Page 4. Faq page Along with the programming We plan to provide all content and any pictures. Need the site to be laid out in four different languages English, Japanese, Dutch, German and Spanish.
