Description:	Interested in someone to create an xy-plane (AKA cartesin coordinate system). This is what I want: the X-axis and Y-axis with arrows on the ends. The plane will have the following tools: user can show grid lines or make them invisible...if invisible, the "ticks" still show. There is also a toolbar at the bottom for various controls...they control the width of the spacing between the grid lines (or "ticks"). Almost forgot, the coordinates are displayed in the toolbar as the mouse moves. The Vast majority of the program must be written in ActionScript 2.0 or JavaScript.
