I need a complete website and database for a project. It will be somewhat
similar to websites like autotrader.com, cars.com, autoextra.com with a twist.
I need the following sides:
1. Customers to look up vehicles based upon various criteria.
2. Dealers to be able to set up accounts, log in, and upload vehicles, be able
to add and delete vehicles depending on agreement.
3. An administrator who has access to all dealers and can make any changes as
necessary. Plus automated billing to dealers and track various items about the
dealers and their inventory.
4. Plus some more.
I need someone who can DO this without question, not someone who is learning,
and I need someone who can finish it. I need a good price but that will not be
the only criteria. I don't want a complete cookie cut website, a combo of
originality and cookie cut will do fine. And I need someone that can work with
me and advise me on the best way to proceed.
