Description:	I wish to change the look and feel of an exsisting website to look and feel similar to another website. I can offer the url of both sites but am not sure if it is allowed while posting for a freelancer. I want my site to look more like thestardotcom - with lots of room for advertising - links - and it would feature drop down tab menu buttons. All text, pics, and site mapping can simply be taken from existing site at pgaprodotcom.
