Description:	I need a recruitment software (Similar to seek.com.au) but not so much sophisticated. It should allow my clents to upload job requirements, direct all the replys back to clients,sort job placements. On the candidate side it should allow, applicants to upload resumes to corresponding position advertised. catogarise the jobs based on industry. (Pl note I am not a programmer to outline clearly from programming point of view, but happy to assign extra budget for changes) I am unsure of the costs to get this job done, but I am happy to discuss further.
