Description:	This is a very simple request. On a OsCommerce, in Shipping, I am using USPS and there I want only 2 options to choose from (Global Express Mail (EMS) and Airmail Letter). The module is already installed and it is already working fine. What I want to add, is an additional option for the customer to click after he chooses either one above, the option is to check with the customer if he want the shipping as Registered Mail! If he mark the check box, then an additional fee will be added in shipping. Then this would be the outcome: USPS Module Global Express Mail ()radio button - $45.00 Airmail Letter ()radio button - $23.00 Would like to have it registered? []check mark - $7.95 That's it!
