Description:	I want to create a website that allows members to upload jpeg images, one at a time, from their computer or social network site (ie: facebook, photobucket, etc) to a specific folder on my server. The images need to be tagged according to member account information so I can upload them back to their member page, after processing and retouching them, and they can then download the resulting images. www.picwash.com is an existing website that contains an example of this. Membership to the site will be subscription based and utilize paypal's recurring payment option (unless there are better alternatives). In addition, I would like to enable members with the option of posting their images to a gallery that they can share with other members. The site will also need a forum where members can access and post text and images.
