I would like to get a lender search engine developed. My goal is to have the
following features
1. I want to be able to add/remove/edit fields as I see fit. (Initial number of
fields will be about 30)
2. I want to be able to add/remove/edit fields via a online admin page
3. I want to be able to have different "user" views. (eg. Customers
get to see basic loan guidelines but not the lender contact information. Loan
Officers get to see customer view plus some additional details, Admin gets to
see everything, Lenders get to see everything and add/edit information.)
4. I want to be able to provide access to each view based on membership. eg.
customer view can get free access but must register, loan officer view must be
approved my admin, lender must be approved by admin. All additions must be
approved before posting live to site by me.
5. I want each lender data to be posted on individual pages that are able to be
indexed by search engines.
6. I want to have the option to sell memberships via paypal shopping cart.
7. I want resulting pages to be able to be printed on one page.
8. I want customer and loan officer to be able to search on all fields and
combination of fields.
9. Admin area has to be intuitive
10. I want to be able to print a report of lenders within the database
