homebuilder. logo provided. All research provided for content. I will also provide some photography of homes. I also have several samples of similar projects my in house staff has completed. I am looking for a talented, professional outsource solution. If first project is satisfactory the winning bidder can expect a minimum of 6 similar projects per month. project requirements: -cd must be built in flash will have multiple pages/sections each to include imagery, text, voice-over and background music. -filler photography (lifestyle imagery, etc.) -homes tour utilizing the photography that I provide -sub pages that will load multiple interactive movies that will include animation, background music, voice-overs, photography, text, etc. -cd must be screenprinted or comparable -need 2000 copies in cases (slimline jewel) w/printed label insert Additionally, I need a brochure designed to be cohesive with the cd (can provide samples for baseline template) brochure will be: 9x12 in finished size -full color -8 pages saddle-stitched (including cover) -printed on 80# gloss text stock, 100# cover stock or similar -similar style, theme, and branding as cd -2000 copies must be able to effectively communicate with my project coordinator who will be liasion between your staff and my client. must be able to provide unlimited revisions and quick turn-around.
