We want a company to work with us to develop a new state-of-the-art freelancer’s web site. This project will contain a large magnitude of development and design stages, but right now, we need someone to do our design. Please study getafreelancer.com, guru.com, and elance.com, then create a nice mockup for us for a home page and content page. We don't have a site name yet, but will get to all of that later. You may use links and information from the three web sites listed above for your mockups. We require the best of the best web designers to create a sample freelance site design for us that possesses a professional, high end, corporate look and feel. We are only willing to work with designers in the United States due to security reasons with contractual agreements and so forth. ** PLEASE READ THE GUIDELINES BELOW BEFORE BIDDING ** All bidders are required to meet the following guidelines to be considered as a service provider: - Must be located in the United States - Must be available via e-mail or phone 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. - Must have an outstanding portfolio to show us. - Must speak fluent English with very little accent. - Must be able to do revisions until we are 100% SATISFIED. - MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE US WITH FREE MOCKUPS BEFORE WE SELECT YOU AS A SERVICE PROVIDER.
