Description:	I'm searching for a solution to read eMRTAs (ePassports) from EU, espacially from Germany. With a not general obtainable software called "Golden Reader Tool" and a modified RFdump.org-Freeware it should be possible to read the information in the RFID-chip without having the passport in your hand and without having any information about the passport before scanning. I've read that it can be possible to read the rfid-chip after several minutes or just seconds of scanning. Hardware would be a normal rfid-scanner. Advices for the scanner are also welcome. Note: It is not forbidden to read out the data so it's completely legal to scan when owner of the passport allows it. But with "normal" rfid-soft- and hardware it's not possible.
