i have been messing about with it and managed to get this working it uploads excel to oscommerce fine but my problem is - my supplier sends me excel price lists every week to be up to date i want to just upload that via Easy Populate . at the moment i have to change all the colum names to match what Easy Populate accepts or it dont work also the pictures now my supllier hosts all the picture so it would be a url for the picture link but i can not put this straight in as the defualt for osc to look for the images is in the image folder on my host because thats where its setup. also product models osc will only accept 12 letters my suppliers are up to 15 letters long and product name. what i want is to just upload my suppliers excel database and it all to set out for me that means under the correct catorgry and with the correct picture so i dont want to have to change the excel colum headers to match osc. there are a few things that my supplier dont have in exel eg date listed, waight, but that doesnt matter as its a fixed shipment. but they do have this : Part Code - Brand - Final Code - Description - Sell1 -Active - Category - PicURL- Stock Override. i hope i have explained myself clear this time as my last post didnt detail what i wanted done. thank you. my osc shop is not standard and has its own template and contribs installed already. if this makes any difference.
