needs a number of very specific items. It needs a dynamic front end with html and flash navagation bars. The project is being envisioned to look as classy as (LibertyLeague.com) but without as much of the flash. The full project details can be explain in great length to the designer, but basically we need a regular non user (member) portion of the site with simple navigation buttons, then a login for members with a more dynamic area with more specific content. The site needs a front end that users see with a basic and simple layout. We are looking for a very professional knowledgable designers who can create a professional and regal website. This project needs to be done in 1 week of less. Our decision on who to use will be based on experienced, work completed, and how quickly the project can be done. This site will be visisted by thousands of people a day so it needs to be easy to use, understand. In totality we need a designer who can create all the design and program a custom site with experience and a solid portfolio. Thank you.
