Experienced professional php/mysql coder to develop a community video & image sharing paysite. End product shall be able to handle a high volume of traffic and concurrent connections. Basically we want a clone of xtube.com with a few extra community featurss of myspace. We already have a membership mamagement script for billing with a pay per download plugn that could be modified and the member management system incorporated by plugins with this script, or you may create a new system with the script, your choice. Both would cost about the same time wise. We also would like the following user classes Four to five user groups as follows:: -models -upload images and videos & 2257 docs -agents/studios - upload images & video & 2257 docs -members- browse and buy online access to videos & images galleries on a per model basis -admin- site config/admin, accounting, appove deny, member support -staff (optional) approve/deny. member support Project outline will be required with functional releases tested on our server. This project is to bid on the full cost of the project in X number of days. Full payment will be after script is delivered and is tested on our server. We will advance payments weekly or as we receive functioal releases, see progress, etc. We will not pay or escrow very much in advance of receiving value for our funds so if your trying to pull a fast one it won't work for this project.
