The content have to be periodically synchronized with Usenet news groups. i need ability to easily add new groups/categories to display. the best way is to base it on existing free forum script (perfectly phpbb). i know there is an add on named newssync for phpbb but it is not working properly so it have to be something else. access to news groups may be based on giganet.com service (the bidder have to know and to explain how to make it working). of course, any other (not giganet.com) excepted, but it have to be stable and working in long term. forum script must have seo friendly urls.
