Description:	I have a website that users join and i would like them to be able to create short URL's on my website. The user is required to join my site if they wish to use this function. I want them to be able to create unlimited number of short URL's and the script will only show the URL's of that user. I also want them to be able to set the name of the URL as long as no other user has taken that name. Plus i want the user to be able to edit the URL's at a later date. I will also need an admin section so that i can delete any URL's that i wish.
