There is a working demo of this program at the url above so you can see what you will be dealing with. I have also attached a screenshot of the template, and as you can see it has a relatively similar flow to it so application shouldn't be all that tricky. I would like to have this site up and running within the next few days, so please make sure you have time before bidding. If you have any questions about what I have in mind, please ask so that we will both be on the same page before bidding. If interested, post on the private message board about yourself and your company (if applicable), include relevant examples of things you have done in the past.
