Power Boards (http://www.invisionboard.com/). The task is to recode everything from scratch and integrate with vBulletin (http://www.vbulletin.com). The last build was hacked and as such we would like to the freelancer to rebuild everything in order to be as secure as possible. See attached word document for a complete list of programming requirements. I've gone into way more detail than should be necessary. We have already setup vBulletin for you and you will have access to the old site's code and database. You may use the old code, as long as everything is secure. It is important that the data from the old DB be integrated with the new site. You may import the old data into your coding build or chose to code based on the old data, its your choice.
