Description:	Hi, I need a very simple php form that will take a few pieces of information from a user, drop that info into a database, and send the user to pay via PayPal. I don't need any integration with the PayPal IPN all I need is the transaction to be assigned an ID number when its put into the database and then send that ID number along to PayPal so I can verify the transactions manually. I will also need a password protected page that will display all of the transactions in a table sorted by their id. This is a very simple project so I am looking for it to be done quickly.
