We are looking for a PHP script that will keep track of all of the upfront and
monthly billing sales for our company. As well as have a mySQL data base that
will let us run reports and see how much we have sold or how much we are
billing. Also with different security levels for admin, manager, sales, customer
service and re-sellers. So we would want to see everyone and run accounting
reports so we know how much we are making and how much the payroll is. Here is
an outline of what we need...
1) Logins: Users should be able to login from our server and have tiered access
for different levels (i.e. admin, reseller, recruiter, manager, contractor,
customer service). Ability to manage users
and logins with ease, modifying privileges for each group of users through a
control panel for the admin. It is also necessary that users can be split into
different branches for other offices, with complete profiles for each user for
our records.
Admin control panel features:
- Setup different accounts, designating privileges and levels of access for each
user.
- Update and upload training materials.
- Ability to manage all e-mail accounts within the server, such as adding or
deleting new e-mail accounts.
- Able to view all the different customer's websites/profiles on our server.
- Ability to customize the commission for different groups, customizing the
upfront commission and the monthly billing revenue.
- Search function (See details below)
- Reports should be able to output into HTML and MS Excel files.
Resellers/Managers:
- Setup sales people with username and password and e-mail.
- Run reports and perform searches for people under them. (See details below)
- Billing report for all sales generated under that particular reseller with
projected income based on current customers and new sales.
Recruiter:
- Setup sales people with username and password and e-mail.
- Run reports and perform searches for people under them. (See details below)
Salesperson:
- Sales form (See details on form below)
- Run reports and perform searches for themselves. (See details below)
Customer Service:
- Search function (See details below)
- Ability to edit individual client's profiles and monthly billing, ability to
adjust price down to a specified rate.
Provisioning:
- Run reports on all the sales of the entire company. Like Admin, their reports
should be able to output into HTML and MS Excel files.
REPORTS
- Monthly billing, upfront sales, ability to run reports by individuals, by
date, by recruiter, by manager. Also able to forecast billing to determine cash
flow based on current customers. Reports should have graphs detailing results.
Reports will be categorized by date on: Current week, Current Month,
Year-to-date
Previous Week, Previous Month, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, Last 60 Days, Last 90
Days, Last 365 Days, and Custom Dates.
Other search parameters for reports include all the different users.
- Report of all the employees or different resellers/contractors.
SALES FORM
- Form to input customer information: (i.e. name, address, phone, website,
billing, etc..)Form needs to generate an approval code. The form also needs to
have some rules within it so that if the form was not filled out correctly then
you could not be able to generate an approval and have it log a sale (i.e.
invalid or declined credit card number). The form needs to be integrated with
the merchant account (Authorize.net) so that we receive instant notification of
the billing status: approved or not.
- Above mentioned form must have a field for keywords or titles that the
customer requests. Once the form is submitted, these keywords and other
information must be automatically inputted into a HTML template in the specified
locations. For instance, filling the meta tags, the title, the body, and other
areas of the html code for a pre-existing template (template will be provided by
us). Then, the newly generated html file must be placed within a specified
location of the server.
- All the information on these forms must also be stored in a database that can
be easily referenced by employees, but allowing certain viewing or editing
privileges depending upon level of access.
- After the submission of the form, a confirmation e-mail must be sent to the
customer with specified details about the transaction.
WEB-BASED E-MAIL INTEGRATION
- The script also needs to integrate our server e-mail accounts into it to be
viewable and customizable.
SEARCH FUNCTION
- All users must be have search capabilities to find customers by: (Approval#,
Voice Verification#, Business Owner, Company name, and other parameters)
- Searching has to be specific to groups and the people under them only.
Additional minor details and specifics will be provided upon beginning of
escrow. Our timeframe for this project is 3 weeks, in which we will be in
constant contact with you about the progress and any input you may need.
